One-on-One Coaching
Each individual faces different, sometime unique challenges. One-on-one sessions target those individual needs. This allows coach and senior people to work together and apart, privately; identifying challenges, devising solutions and creating new strengths.
Classroom Coaching
Full-day courses (typically for 4-16 people) tackle the most common challenges faced by those tasked with public speaking. Each participant presents in front of the class at least once, benefiting from peer reviews and discussion. This practical, instructional course helps attendants overcome their fears and learn techniques to have their messages understood and embraced for action.
